SCOTT DOBSON | President & CEO

Mr. Dobson serves as the President & CEO of Principle Petroleum and has over 23 years of Oil and Gas experience. Prior to starting Principle Petroleum, Mr. Dobson was the COO of Nimin Energy where he was responsible for all operations and development activities of the company. Prior to Nimin, Scott served as Region Manager of the Central Region and East Rockies Region at Merit Energy and held the positions of Investor Relations Managers and Division Oil & Gas Marketing Manager. Mr. Dobson began his career with Burlington Resources in the San Juan Division where he worked as a reservoir and production engineer on various exploitation groups. Scott received a B.S. in Mining Engineering from Montana Tech and is a licensed Petroleum Engineer in Texas and Wyoming

LISA HILZENDAGER | Controller

Ms. Hilzendager has over 10 years of experience in accounting and finance with her entire career focused on upstream oil and gas. Ms. Hilzendager joined Principle in 2015 as Senior Accountant and has identified and implemented a number of processes to increase accounting efficiency and reduce corporate G&A. Prior to joining Principle, Ms. Hilzendager spent 4 years at Maguire Oil Company as a Senior Accountant and later as Assistant Controller. Ms. Hilzendager’s early career and training was at Merit Energy Company where she spent 4 years holding the position of GL accountant and property accountant. Ms. Hilzendager received both her B.B.A and M.S.A in Accounting from Southern Methodist University

TODD POMEROY | Operations Manager

Mr. Pomeroy delivers 14 years of empirical knowledge on the design, construction and operation of crude oil production operations from the wellhead to the sales point. Mr. Pomeroy has played an integral role in the development, commissioning and the on-going production of over 40 newly drilled projects in the last decade, while also designing, commissioning and operating a half dozen crude oil production & sales facilities as a Field Foreman in the Big Horn Basin of Wyoming. Mr. Pomeroy began his career with Vernon E. Faulconer, Inc. where he held positions as Operator, Lead Operator and finally the Wyoming Area Production Foreman. He first served as the Wyoming Region Field Forman in the fast-paced drilling and development program implemented by Legacy Energy, Inc, subsequent to acquiring Vernon E. Faulconer’s properties
